Welcome to Fairfield Elementary School! I am so excited to begin this journey with you and look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and strong partnerships between home and school.

Our theme this year—“Anchored in Excellence, Powered by Growth”—reflects our shared commitment to creating a school culture grounded in high expectations, strong character, and continuous improvement for every scholar and adult in our school community.

At Fairfield Elementary School, being “Anchored in Excellence” means we are rooted in values such as honesty, hard work, and integrity. It reminds us that excellence is not a one-time accomplishment, but a daily commitment to doing our best and doing what is right—even when it's challenging. Being “Powered by Growth” speaks to our belief that learning is a lifelong journey. We embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and push forward with determination and courage. Growth takes reflection, perseverance, and collaboration—and we are proud to model those qualities for our scholars each day.

We are also thrilled to share that Fairfield Elementary will begin its journey as a Leader in Me school. Leader in Me is a whole-school approach designed to help students build important life and leadership skills, empowering them to become confident learners and compassionate leaders. Through this framework, your child will learn about habits such as being proactive, setting goals, working together, and celebrating differences. These habits will become part of our daily routines, classroom instruction, and even conversations at home. We are excited to partner with you on this transformative journey.

As I begin my first year as principal at Fairfield Elementary, I am truly honored to join this incredible school community. My focus will be on listening, learning, and supporting our staff, families, and scholars as we celebrate successes and work together toward continued growth. I look forward to getting to know each of you and building meaningful relationships as we navigate the year ahead—together.
