Fairfield County School District is excited about the expansion of our Digital Learning Initiative (DLI) which will enable each student to have a device for his/her educational use in the classroom.  This implementation of Chromebooks will ensure that all students have the opportunity to learn utilizing the same device at the same time. It is the district’s ongoing desire to provide equity to all students in every classroom.
Kajeet SmartSpot Devices

Students in 3rd through 6th grade are eligible to checkout a Kajeet SmartSpot Device to allow free access to the internet for homework use. Parents are allowed to check out the device for their child for up to one week at a time. Fairfield Elementary has a limited number of devices available, and only one device may be checked out at a time per household. Parents who are interested in checking out a device must compete the Kajeet SmartSpot Request Form. More information is available by contacting the school's Media Specialists or Parent Liaison.
